Hi guys! You'd never guess where I am.....
I am at a hotel near Niagara Falls! I just got here from the new York City! !!
Yes I am in the United States of America to visit my aunt in LA but with a few stops. I spent 5 most awesome days of my life in NYC and I loved it! I got to see the Statue of liberty, the Empire State building, Central park and...the times square!
I also visited Museum of Modern Art for free ( it's free every Friday 4-8 pm). I got to see some paintings by Picasso and Vincent Van gogh (starry night). I will upload pics and much more info about the city that never sleeps soon. Right now I gotta hit the bed so that I am fully awake when I see the Niagara Falls tomorrow.
Ciao :*

Ramadan is here! so are oil laden delicacies :p
Hi (and Assalam Walaikum)!
How are you guys??? I am fine and fasting as its the month of Ramadan. It is a month during which all the Muslims worldwide fast to relieve our bodies and spirit. Though we do stuff ourselves with delicious fried food and amazing desserts as soon as we hear the maghrib azaan and I dont think it helps our body much.
Muslims love ramadhan not just because of its holy and its the month when devil gets chained up in hell but also because we get to meet all our friends and family over aftar and share amazing food. If you ever come to Pakistan (that is if you are brave enough to catch a flight here and drive through the criminal laden streets) you should really try some of the dishes mentioned below:
Oh Man! I am getting hungry just thinking about them. I am not going to torture myself any more and if you are interested in more Pakistani food I will write another post but after Ramadhan of course :).
It is also the month during which World cup is happening in Rio, Brazil. Today its Brazil against Germany! Are you excited to see that match?
I think Germany is going to make it to finals this time :).
Any ways the point of this post is that as so much is going on I havent been able to post since I got back from Malaysia. I have read and re-read a lot of books and I wanna share them with you and will do soon as I start getting at least 6 hours sleep :). I have also joined an online course which starts on 14th July 2014.
Right now I am compiling a list of books that have been or will be released this month. But its not likely I will be able to post much.
I would really like some book recommendations, I would really like to read a book which has all these elements: action, adventure and romance :p
I also have also started reading The Husband Maker for blog tour and I am really liking it so far.
Take care guys and Happy Ramadan

- Shami Kabobs ( here its written as Kebab)
- Aloo Kachories ( there are no words that can describe its awesomeness)

In Langkawi
Hi!I am in Langkawi, Malaysia right now and to me it's one of the beautiful places on the earth. Langkawi is a small island in kedah and its also known as jewel of Kedah. It is a good spot for water sports and it is known as great place for scuba diving ๐.
This is our last day here and I will give you brief summary of what we have been up to until now ☺
On our first day here we enjoyed the beach and the hotel. As the waves were high we couldn't go banana boat riding and parasailing ๐ I had so much fun soaking my feet, collecting sea shells and walking on the beach ☺ though the sand does have a way of collecting in the most uncomfortable places ๐.
Any ways next day we went for a boat ride at the langkawi Geo Park. It consists of a tour of crocodile cave, bat cave and monkey and eagle feeding. The tour started with eagle feeding unfortunately I couldnt catch it on the camera. Then we fed some monkeys along the way and let me tell you that due to childhood incident I am reaฤบly scared of monkeys and that is why I am immensely proud of the picture I took when one jumped into our boat (very close to me).
Kids were pretty scared when they heard we were going to the crocodile cave but the our guide explained that there really used to be a lot of crocodiles here but due to global warming and increase and sea levels they have abandoned the cave. To tell you the truth I wanted to see a crocodile and I was a bit disappointed when we didn't encounter one.
We left for bat cave then and I am happy to say that we did see a lot of bats there! I even felt a few fly past me and I wasn't even a little scared๐. We could only tour one cave as the second cave had met the same fate as the crocodile cave ๐ฆ
After that we had a lovely time touring the blue sea surrounding the island. It was a fun bumpy ride.
We went for a helicopter ride the next day and as it was absolutely fantastic. I wanted to do it again and again but one ride had costed us 550 ringgit's ( the name of Malaysian currency) we are 14 people in total.
The third day we spent in hotel and enjoyed a relaxing foot massage and the beach and that is the day I got really sick and because of that I missed the cruise to marine island with my family. I so wanted to go scuba diving there but I could barely move out of bed ๐ฃ. We will be leaving for Penang tomorrow. I hope I will be able to go for parasailing and banana boat riding there!
Yours sincerely,
Ashi.
P.S did you happen to catch the Germany vs Portugal world cup match?? It was awesome, no offense to Portuguese fans but their team got annihilated!
OLE OLE OLA!!

seduce me at sunrise by Lisa Kleypas
Blurb: Win is tired of being the weak one.She has spent half her life depending on others, especially Merripen, because of the scarlet fever that left her frail and weak. She is determined to make her self strong again even if she has to leave everyone she loves, her siblings and Merripen, behind. Win gives Merripen the last chance to express his feelings before she leaves but he refuses to do so as he feels undeserving of her love.
Merripen is a gypsy who was found injured by the Hathaway's. They took him in and took care of him but the only reason he stayed was because of Win. He fell in love with her and has been watching over her and odd siblings for a long time. He is left devastated when Win leaves for France for her treatment.
The two years they have spent separated has left them changed....Will they be able to recognize and love each other despite the changes?
review:
This is another sweet romantic tale by Lisa Kleypas and the second book in her Hathaway's series. Win and Merripen make an adorable couple though their stubbornness can drive one crazy. In this story there is nothing that keeps them apart except that they love each other too much. Merripen is a gypsy and in their time they weren't given much respect in society and if he marries Win he will be condemning her to a life of isolation. He does not realize that all Win wants is to be with him and when he doesn't give in she turns to the doctor who treated her in France.
It is a light pleasant read though not one of Lisa's great works though.
Really good books by Lisa Kleypas:
Sugar Daddy
Blue-Eyed Devil
